18/111.1          COUNCIL RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting
                        of 7th January 2019 be signed by the meeting Chairman.

18/112             Outstanding Matters
18/112.1          Spring Cottage, Lower Leigh.  Willow Tree on adjacent land.
                        Claim for damage to the property and householders vehicle, resulting from a branch
                        breaking off the tree, against the Parish Council.
18/112.1.1       The matter is still being considered by the Insurers.  The Parish Council believe that
                        the land does not belong to Parish Council and currently this is the view of the Insurers.

                        Check of Financial Statement against Bank Statements completed.

                        RESOLVED to pay both invoices.

                        The hedge is in the process of being cut.

18/116             Matters raised by Member Councillors / Clerk
18/116.1          Councillor Snowden
                        Concern regarding the state of the footpath from the bottom of Chebsey Bank that
                        passes by the Grass Dryer.  A new section of fencing which included a strand of barbed
                        wire had been erected and the hedge cut back with the remnants of the cut hedge now
                        forming part of the footpath walking surface.  A trip hazard plus the possibility of
                        grabbing the barbed wire.
                        County Council Rights of Way officer for the area to be contacted.
18/116.2          Councillor J Beaman
                        A50 / Parkhall Lane hedge cutting.  Brash had been left on the Parkhall Lane verge.
                        County Highways to be contacted to ensure that the brash is removed.
