                        and confirmed on 3rd June 2013
                        Confirmation to continue the Code of Conduct for Member Councillors as adopted.
16/016.3          Confirmation of the Adoption of the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2011 and the
                        adoption of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 involving the Transparency
                        Code for Parish Councils with an Annual Turnover not exceeding  £25,000.

16/021.1          Middleton Green Telephone Kiosk adoption
                        The transfer of the Kiosk from BT to the Parish Council has been completed.
                        The required notice posted in the Kiosk and a notice published in the Parish Magazine.
16/021.1.1       Councillor Beaman to discuss painting refurbishment with local painting contractors.
16/021.2          Meeting with County Council officers in the Parish on 22nd April
                        Those attending.         Area Highways Infrastructure Manager - Richard Rayson.
                                                            Community Partnerships Officer - Graham Hunt
                                                            Councillor Durose, Councillor Raby, Parish Council Clerk.
                        Two hour discussion in the Village Hall on the road network in the Parish and future
                        maintenance arrangements.  Priority routes out of Leigh discussed to prioritise gritting
                        and maintenance routes.  Amendments to the present gritting route to be considered by
                        County Highways, inclusion of Upper Leigh, Fole Lane and a route through Withington
                        to Bramshall added to Dodsleigh Lane, School Lane and Leigh Bank, omitting part of
                        Parkhall Lane.  Responsibility of ditches and grids.  Pothole and gully emptying work
                        will be on a risk basis in the future.
                        Looking at self help with guidance from the Area Infrastructure Liaison Manager -
                        Jeff Green..  e.g.  Hiring gully emptying vehicles for a day, maybe in conjunction with                  other Parishes.
                        Passing places on Hot Hill Lane considered as a target for County Highways work or
                        in association with the Parish Council.
                        County Council to look into the ongoing responsibility of tree planting on land adjacent
                        to the A50 at underpasses at the top of Leigh Bank and Fole Lane.

Raising the issue of water running down Chebsey Bank

Water continually running down Dodsleigh Lane from the junction of Raddle Lane down towards the
Level Crossing.
