18/041.1          COUNCIL RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting
                        of 4th June 2018 be signed by the meeting Chairman.

18/042.1          Lime Close Bench.   Bench installed on 9th June.
18/042.2          Middleton Green Telephone Box.  Painting scheduled for later this week..
18/042.3          The Green, Lower Leigh and other areas of land within or adjacent to the Highway.
                        No further information.
18/042.4          Manor Lane.  The Manor corner.  Installing chevrons.
                        Two, single arrow, chevrons plus fixing now supplied by County Highways.

                        RESOLVED to pay the Clerk the Net Salary of £300.00

18/043.6          Donation request from Leighfest.  £100 proposed, for determination at the next
                        Parish Council meeting.  It was considered that Leighfest should publish information
                        on the monies raised and how they are distributed

18/046             Matters raised by Member Councillors / Clerk
18/046.1          Councillor Raby (by email)  Issue of dog fouling in Withington.  Problem discussed.
18/046.2          Councillor J Beaman.  Matter raised by Mrs S Johnson - the matter of the missing                          highway road sign at the junction of Leigh Lane and Parkhall Lane which did include the                         Pentecostal Church direction finger.
                        County Highways are aware that the sign was damaged in a road accident.
                        Replacement in hand.
18/046.3          Clerk.   The Notice Board at Lower Leigh had been completely refurbished by
                        Mr George Johnson and now reinstalled.
