17/122.1          COUNCIL RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting
                        of 5th February 2018 be signed by the meeting Chairman.

17/123.1          Road names in the Parish
17/123.1.1       RESOLVED not to continue with the naming process following the negative response
                        from East Staffordshire Borough Council and the cost involved in the process of
                        naming five roads at £1,000 plus £30 per dwelling on each of the identified roads with
                        no certainty of a successful outcome as total resident support would be required.
17/123.1.2       Clarification on the approach to road naming to be sought via Councillor Whittaker.

                        RESOLVED to pay the Clerk the Net Salary of £300.00
                        RESOLVED to pay HMRC the PAYE of £75.00
17/124.4          Donation received from the May Ball Committee of £355.98 to offset the cost of
                        the 2017 Senior Citizens Christmas Dinner which totalled £855.98.
17/124.5          Request from Leigh Produce Show organisers to fund printing costs for the 2018 show.
                        RESOLVED to fund the printing costs.

17/126.1.1       County Highways, updates received relating to :- Dodsleigh Lane culvert problems
                        between the Raddle Lane junction and Lower Leigh Crossing - Works Orders raised,
                        Intakes Lane gouging of the verge - stone to be provided, Chevrons for The Manor
                        corner to be requested.

                        RESOLVED to register the Parish Council’s interest in the offer to provide the
                        First Year assessment and Tier 1 Data Protection Officer provision at £290.00.

17/127.1          Councillor Raby.  Reporting the recent death of Tim Grey of Scarista House
17/127.2          Councillor J Beaman (and other Councillors)  Thanking those in the Community
                        who helped to clear blocked roads and rescued stranded vehicles during the
                        recent problems experienced with the snow.

Raising concern about The Raddle site on Raddle Lane.
An Alsatian type dog, on a chain anchored within the site, was able to get through the hedge and on to the roadside verge.  A danger to pedestrians, cyclists and dog walkers in particular.
