                        of 4^th February 2019 be signed by the meeting Chairman.

18/122.1          Footpath 29.  Bottom of Chebsey Bank adjacent to the Grass Dryer

                        Issue of hedge stumps along the line of the footpath and barbed wire strand on the

                        parallel fence and the opposite side of the footpath to the fence.

                        RESOLVED to pay the fee.

18/123.4          Clerk’s Quarterly Salary.  Gross £375.00.  Net £300.00  PAYE £75.00

                        RESOLVED to pay the Clerk the Net Salary of £300.00

                        RESOLVED to pay HMRC the PAYE of £75.00.

18/123.5          Middleton Green.  Purchase of chains for the posts around the Green

                        RESOLVED that Councillor Collins purchases chains at an estimated cost of £136.00

18/126.1.1       Defibrillators.  Reporting an issue with the unit at The Star.  Other units alright.

18/126.2.1       Litter pick - considering Saturday 23^rd March as probable date for a litter pick.

18/126.2.2       School starting and finishing times - the ongoing issue of parking and traffic speed.

                        Discussion on the issue.  Any initiative to alleviate the problem welcomed.

18/127.1          Monday 1^st April 2019.  7.30pm at Leigh Village Hall.

18/127.2          Annual Parish Assembly to be held prior to the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council

                        on Monday 13^th May starting at 7.00pm.

                        Parish Election date 2^nd May 2019.
