20/052.            Outstanding Matters

20/052.1          Trees at Lime Close.

                        The Planning Application submitted to ESBC for TPO work has been approved.

20/052.1.1       Following a site visit a quotation for completing the work specified in BB Trees has

                        been submitted by Staffordshire Tree Surgeons Contractors UK Ltd.

                        Quoted cost  £850.00 plus 20% VAT.

20/052.2          Clerk’s retirement.

20/052.2.1       There has been no interest in taking over the role from within the Parish to date.

20/052.2.2       The vacancy was advertised in the Parish Councils’ Association weekly bulletin which

                        resulted in enquires from two applicants who requested further information.

                        The process of employing a new Clerk is ongoing.
